Innovation Challenge
What’s this all about?
- A new approach to address a current challenge in agriculture.
- To create an actionable solution that makes food production more efficient or cost-effective.
- To look at innovative practices, methods, equipment or policies.
Who should participate?
- Nova Scotians interested in the challenges facing our agricultural sector, including students, ages 18 to 40, you don’t have to be a member of NSYF.
- Work as an individual or in teams of up to 4.
- Those who enjoy finding creative solutions to a problem.
Timeline
January 16: Topic registration deadline.
January 16 – 26: Mentors are recruited and connected with participants.
February 24: Presentations are submitted for judges to review
March 3: In-person Presentations!
